2001 Renault Scenic car wont start and engine management light and stop light wont go off.

Could check engine oil level , water level and the crankshaft sensor .

I have replaced the crankshaft sensor and have towed it to try and start it but it doesnt want to know any further suggestions cheers!

Checked you are getting fuel up ?

I have a 1.9dci and it was running perfect then I parked it up for a few months the battery went flat so I bought a new 1 as the old 1 would not hold the charge. Now after a new battery the car will not start, it turns over ok but does not even attempt to fire up. I have also noticed the immobiliser light is completely dead the engine light flashes an I have no wipers,Indicaters or electric windows. Any idea wot could be wrong.
