Vauxhall Corsa Headlights Problems

When I switch my lights on (side lights or headlights) my dashboard lights go off. They come on again as soon as I switch the lights off.

I am able to turn on my sidelights, fogs and full beams but when I turn on my dipped headlights, there is no change from when just my sidelights are on. I have checked the bulbs and fuses and even replaced the dial on my dashboard but still...
