1994 Vauxhall Corsa main beam lights will not turn on

I am able to turn on my sidelights, fogs and full beams but when I turn on my dipped headlights, there is no change from when just my sidelights are on. I have checked the bulbs and fuses and even replaced the dial on my dashboard but still cannot turn on the dipped headlights. What else can I do? Thanks

ok if you have looked at the fuses and the bulbs and they are all ok then it can only be the switch that is faulty but for the cost replace the bulbs as they may look ok but not if you understand
