2010 Vauxhall Corsa Problems

having to refill water bottle as it is empty after about 15 to twenty miles then it is bone dry there is no water mixing with the oil where can the water be going to any ideas

Generally happens between 3 and 4 gear, intermittent. sometimes in other gears but less common. Engine fault light comes on then disappears.

only clicks when turning key to start position eventually starts after a wait of 3 mins
