2004 Vauxhall Corsa car looses compression

Car: Vauxhall Corsa
Year: 2004
Variant: 1.4 8 valve
Categories: Engine & DrivetrainRunning Rough, Starting & Power Loss
The engine starts without any problems. After less then a minute it dies. If you want to start it again it sound like an engine with no compression. After 2 hours it will do exactly the same again. It operates with hydraulic lifters. Help.me plz

With a car of that year , it could be many things . You mention hydraulic lifters , for them to work efficiently you need to have regular oil and filter changes and oil pump working as it should , good oil pressure .You also need to check compressions If that year has a cambelt it should be replaced at recommended intervals
