Wipers stopped working half way across the screen. They work on fastest speed but don’t park.

Hard to say if wiper motor or switch . USUALLY when not parking on most makes I've done , it was the motor and had internal parking device , but cant say for certain on yours .Looking at picture there may be an external unit on top of motor whether that is separate or part of complete set up , hard to say .
