2018 Vauxhall Astra 2018 astra knocking noise like cv joint but only happens when turning right and noise is coming from the right front.

Knocking noise from right front of car when the steering is turned to the right even when stationary. Sounds like a CV joint knock.

C/V joint is not moving when car stationary .C/V joint usually make a loud clicking noise if worn , especially on full lock .

Thanks for the reply. What I was trying to describe was that the sound sounds similar to a worn CV joint. The car still makes that noise even when it's stationary.
