Hi can anyone help i have an astra and i am hearing a knocking noise/rattling type noise when i go over bumps/turn right or go over uneven road surfaces. It doesnt happen all the time just sometimes. I have taken it to a garage and they have said to me they cant find anything wrong with ball joints, bushes, shocks.springs etc. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Get someone from garage to go out with you on road test and let them hear the noise .

So they have heard noise and cant locate it ? On a lot of models the anti roll bar drop link arms were a common cause of noise .
