2011 Vauxhall Astra astra 2011 sportouer, 1.7 cdti, losing power and find some oil outside of all intercooler pipes? whats this problem, and how can i fix it?

My astra 2011, 1.7 cdti losing power, finds oil in all intercooler pipes. I had change the oil and all filter and all intercooler pipes are new. But still the same problme. Please tell me what is it and how can i fix it

Dozens of possible causes , scan with Tech 3 or similar for fault codes
