Hello i have 3 problems with my astra bertone 1.8 if any1 has any idea's PLEASE help
1) recently my oil light has come on when its ticking over but it goes off as i accelerate.(have changed oil an filter stil same problem)
2) the engine has a tapping knows coming from it which i assumed it must be the tappets???
3) since the 2 above problems the car has lost alot of power it jerks when i take off and it kangeroo's when goin slow?
PLEASE HELP !!!!!!

Lack of oil pressure will cause hydraulic tappets not to operate correctly affecting engine performance .Sounds like wear in engine , could check oil pressure with master gauge .
