Not heard of this , could check with your dealership if known fault and possible perhaps any software updates

It has done it again after two weeks she hasn’t used he cruise control as we wanted to make sure it wasn’t that, and donee the same driving fine then all sudden won’t change gears at all what could this be

You could carry out a diagnostic scan and see if any fault codes stored but as intermittent might not show anything

Had new clutch fitted slave cylinder and master cylinder and got home had one day dont the same thing wouldn’t go into 2nd gear

Go back to whoever diagnosed and replaced the clutch assembly and hydraulics as cause and which has not cured the fault at your expense for their comments on the fault still there .
