2023 Ssangyong Rexton new (dec 2023) ssangyong rexton 2,2 turbo diesel forward collision warning (fcw)

New (Dec 2023) Ssangyong Rexton 2,2 Turbo Diesel has been delivered with Forward Collision Warning (FCW) problem. The FWC buzzer goes off at standstill when queing at let say a traffic light even >4mtrs away from the car in front! Every couple of secs the buzzer goes off for a few secs (the graphics front of the car lits also up) and repeats over and over again until driving. It could be a faulty Radar sensor, electronics control board or an Software issue. Has anyone had a similar problem? Thanks BenL 30 Dec 2023

The cist is that the FCW showed during the test drive. The Sales man was confident he could fix this (setting) without success.
He would have this issue "sorted"
before delivery by the Service manager.
Salesman called 2 days later that the FCW issue was fixed and to get the car. I paid the outstanding amount, took the car home, only to find out that the sane fault is still there!
Never trust a Carsales man!
