2015 Ssangyong Korando cruise control not switching on

First thing to check would be the fuses and verify brake lights are operating also

I could not identify the Fuse for Cruise Control having looked into the Fuse Box under the Bonnet.
Is there another Fuse Box, would you know ?

I have the Brake Lights to check yet.

Thank you, I will study that further, but it looks the same as the Under Bonnet Fuse Box on the suspect vehicle.

Well, I have now tried the Cruise Control again.
It is not something that I use very often, in fact, rarely, so it may be a case of "use it or lose it" or "Operator Error."
I made a short journey this morning and enabled Cruise Control, the display 'lit up' and the Control took over.
However, it did 'drop out' once or twice, but the Accelerate and Decelerate functions both worked fine.
I did find that I may not have been 'flicking' the switch correctly, but the 'drop outs' still concern me.

Hey ho, I will see what transpires but if there are any other thoughts then please let me know.

Sometimes it takes a little time to get used to the different settings and quirks of cruise controls , thank you for update

Except that it is a 2015 Model that I have owned from new !!

I had a company director years back who had a new Rover car and for two years didn't know it had 5 gears till we were talking about another matter with the car and I mentioned . I wrongly did not realise you had car from new .

I had not mentioned that so you were not to know.
As stated, I use the Cruise Control very rarely and so may have operated it incorrectly,
but the 'dropping out' may reoccure.

I intend to monitor it and perhaps use more often.
