2000 Skoda Fabia loosing engine coolant

Engine coolant sensor warning light coming on every couple of days. Top up engine coolant from minimum to maximum. Been to the garage and no leaks found. I have carried out a chemical head gasket check and seems to be ok.

If block test o/k garage should have carried out a coolant system pressure test
