2000 Seat Ibiza Problems

I jet washed my car with heaters and radio on it started up as normal i just got out the washing bay & it conked out and wouldn't start back up 😔 i got a fee lads to try bump me but no joy iv had easy start in air filter no joy chan...

the button on the automatic gear shift keeps jamming & i cant get it into drive etc

When i put my handbrake on it creeks, you have to pull it right up further then usual so i think it's possibly broken and may need tightening up. Can you fix then and how much would this cost?
