my car keeps unlocking its self when i lock it and now my key fob dus not work but the lights still flash on my fob.i lock my car with the key but it still unlocks its self.

New car to me Monday. key shop next door cut and programmed second key for me and now alarm goes off for no reason every 5 mins when car is locked. Have read warning above but this is a genuine enquiry form a private motorist
