ABS light comes on so failed M O T but abs seems to be working

Hi evrybody, I own a Peugeot 307 2.0 hdi If i put my heater on it works fine but if i put it on the highest lvl (lvl4) it turns of . Does somebody knows the problem? PS sorry if this isn't proper englisch
