if you want to open the roof, first you push the button and the windows go down, bu then the roof dont want go down in the boot

Too many possible causes , you need to get it scanned with appropiate equipment for fault codes .

sounds like the a problem with the roof lock or micro switches associated with it.Whilst the windows are going down can you hear the roof lock mechanism moving?
