Peugeot 307 Coil Spring Problems

I just my top shock absorber mount and coil springs changed. Now I hear a rattling sound from the front of my car when driving, especially when driving on rough roads.

Parked car in garage. Went to drive it out and loud grinding noise coming from the o/side front. Frightened to drive it case I do more damage.
