2011 Peugeot 3008 car will not move past 3rd gear

Car went in for some work done on front bushes. When driving off i had several dashboard warning light appear which was not present before hand. The main issue is that in both automatic and manual mode the car will not move past 3rd gear and when in automatic, Gearbox Fault message is displayed. Any suggestions?

If o.k prior to bushes , take back for them to fix . Dont touch it or you could get blamed ,

Appreciate that but im just curious as to why it would appear and what the cause could be.

Until it's properly scanned for fault codes to see what has triggered the light and checking results , pointless try to second guess

** UPDATE **

Ive been told it is the gear box oil which need to be changed.

Is this likly to be the case?

Would anyone have a estimated cost on the change of the gearbox oil.
