When engine is running and i put it on gear it doesn’t drive it only rev sometimes the clutch losses pressure

Sounds like clutch gone and needs replacing

I just changed clutch plate and bearing 3 days ago but when I check on a block i can traces of burnt clutch maybe its worn

You saying you fitted a clutch plate and bearing but never replaced the diaphragm ?

Yes didn’t replace pressure plate
