Engine cuts out when slowing down or stopping

2003 Peugeot 206 1.1
Car: Peugeot 206
Year: 2003
Variant: 1.1
Categories: Running Rough, Starting & Power Loss
My engine has started cutting out every time I slow down or stop for a junction. It restarts fine every time. The battery seems to be in good order and was only replaced last year. It doesn't judder or anything, just seems to die down and cut out. Any ideas please? Don't want to have to spend a lot as I'm hoping to change it very soon. Thank you!

idle speed control valve, my partners picasso used to do it, changed the valve and cured it.

I have a Peugeot 206 and the same thing happens when I slow down. The battery and the engine light flashes on the dashboard but it starts up okay again. Did you find a solution yet?
