2001 Peugeot 106 Problems

Passenger side electric window working driver side not working

This is my granddaughters car the model name is independence, windows were working fine but then stuck in half open position, as it will be winter soon would love to sort this problem for her. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated...

i can start the car and the temp light and fan come on straight away, then go off and on intermittantly, i have changed temp sensor, checked coolant, but still on and off even though its cold nad still does it when its normal temp as well. ...
