Opened fuel door from inside as usual at petrol station. filled up, come to close the door after replacing petrol and the door will not close on the catch

key fob no longer locks car,even put new cr2016 battery in fob,inside switch still activates locks,and key still operates ignition.

Above lights on permanently. Car seems to be running well. Have tried charging the battery overnight but warning lights remain on.
