On starting a red car image comes on and car won't drive immediately

Could be a low coolant level warning light would certainly get it checked before driving

The red car and key is the Nissan Note security indicator warning light that flashes when the Nissan Anti-Theft System (NATS) is operational as a theft deterrent. The warning light should go out when the vehicle is started. An indication that the NATS has malfunctioned is when the warning light remains on when the ignition is set to the on position. If the engine will not start, the security key/s may require battery replacement or reprogramming. Could be battery in key fob getting low and need replacing .
