2019 Nissan Micra engine will not accelerate, intermittently above 65mph

Very dangerous !!! Hard to rectify if unable to replicate . Would assume Nissan have carried out a diagnostic scan for any stored fault codes ?

Thanks for your response. Yes Nissan said no fault found!? Unable to believe this as it happens every other time I drive the car. I have contacted Nissan again and my finance company to advise the car is dangerous and not fit for purpose. My finance company are sending out an assessor to drive the car so they can witness the fault 1st hand. God help them, I haven't driven the car since the end of February as it terrifies me now.

You could maybe lets us know the outcome after the assessor checks the car , please

I am experiencing the same issue with my 2019 Nissan micra. In November I was driving and car lost power. Slowed to 6mph in heavy traffic. Brake pedal became solid and accelerator went straight to floor and luckily nearing roundabout so cars were slowing. Managed to pull in around the corner. Been in and out dealer since with other issues with stop start system also. Yesterday the same thing happened and car slowed whilst driving. RAC said stop start issue and coherence between camshaft sensor and speed. Nissan are not interested. Last time they told garage to do update and agin yesterday to apply software update. It didn’t fix it last time and I’m just waiting for it to happen again. The car is dangerous and Nissan need to acknowledge there is a problem
