Suspect the MAF sensor,
try unplugging it,
left side of the engine bay and it goes into the black convoluted pipe that comes of the air filter then goes into the back of the engine. Pretty common for these to be faulty and if it runs better it's confirmed.
You'll need a new MAF.
And just so you understand unplugging it means a bad signal to the cars computer which it then ignores and substitutes a value from it's memory.
