Microcar M.GO-3 rear brakes

I've replaced the rear brake discs and pads on microcar M8 I've wound the calipers back as far as they seem to go but can't get the caliper over the pads it seems like I need about 3mm anyone had the same problem any help would be appreciated thankyou

Check the caliper is fully rewound , may have to loosen the bleeder very slightly ,( if correct pads / discs )
