1998 Mercedes Benz E Class brake caliper

now for my 2nd problem of the weekend,im having trouble removing rear pads from the caliper due to two pins which hold pads in place through caliper and pad.ive lubricated area and used wire brush .not sure what next maybe tap pins out.any one else done this before on a merc. thanks for response to previous prob

more often than not the pins usually corrode into the caliper. and usually the anti-rattle springs desintergrate. the only way out for the pins is to get a correct size drift, and knock them out with a decent hammer. new pins are recomended on reassembly. A pain of a job, but it must be done. hope this helps!!
