Been through mot had it back two days now won't start had a new battery ,all the electrics function and the starter motor is making a clicking noise so don't think it's that what is the problem

If making a clicking noise the starter is not engaging , either your new battery is flat , battery terminals , starter wiring / connection or faulty starter .

If I was to jump start it would that almost confirm if it would be the starter or not?
