how can it be the fuse when the display screen is ok apart from the radio

You never said that in your post

As far as I know behind the glove box is where the radio module is which you can try unplugging , wait for a minute and then plug back in .

How do I get access to behind the glove box?

From another with the same fault " Undo the big plastic screws on each side on the inside of the box, then pull it down a bit more and pull out." Some have had success by removing battery cable waiting 30 seconds and then refitting cable which cured the problem -Others have had to get updated software for the infotainment .
