2021 MG ZS clutch

My car has a burning smell AA said fluid leak onto clutch my local mg couldn’t look at it as no mechanic as gone long term sick so had to take it 44 miles to next mg who couldn’t look at it unti 3 weeks but Mg are already accused me of driving wrongly when they haven’t found the cause yet it’s less than 3 years old with 12k I am a professional driver with 40 years driving experience and have never had a clutch go on me before they give you the 7 year warranty and blame you when it’s dodgy goods they are putting in the cars looking at the fail of clutches on this forum
Has anyone else been blamed so they don’t do it on the warranty
