Tells me to press brake then press start...has a sign saying ignition...but when I do so...it won't start.

If engine not turning over , can only think battery may be low / flat and either needing charging , jump starting

Yes...I pushed once for ignition, the display showed the usual stuff but when prompted to push again that's when I get no ignition. I'm guessing that it may be the 12v battery?
