Not starting

always makes a clicking sound as you turn ignition key then you know its not going to start.Have called out RAC,had hit to local garage, even Peugeot, not one of them can find the problem

How do you get it started when this fault happens ? If it's a clicking noise in engine , it could be the starter / solenoid . Check all connections and wiring at starter . Also check engine and body earth cables .

check the under bonnet fuse box for signs of water ingress

The problem comes and goes, one day hit will start no bother then hit wont

I had all the wireing checked out plus starter motor
nothing was found,no shorts no bad earths all OK,

I know this is an old posting, but my father has the exact same problem with his 1007. The garage (dealership) have changed the crank sensor and also had the ECU tested. Did you ever resolve the problem.
