Cannot lock car as car is convinced a door is open

Message "Low Battery Please start engine" displayed when car has been parked for 8 hours +. Constantly recharging battery even though battery recently replaced.

Tachometer was reading correctly then read zero briefly with engine idling then jumped into life with blip of throttle. Now stopped altogether at just above zero.

Pedal when pressed will only travel a few centimetres
