Shudders when accelerating

My 2008 diesel Honda CR-V shudders / shakes felt through steering wheel and front of car when accelerating from approx 45mph to 55mph, when going from 4th gear to 5th gear between rev range of 2000-3000. No shudder before or after the speed...

Knocking
