Honda CR-V parasitic drain

Hi,
My parents have an issue with their 2007 CRV EX - something is draining the battery. The AA have narrowed it down to a fuse which services the alarm and radio (amongst other things) and they'd like to pinpoint what exactly the issue is and perhaps fix it.
What's your hourly rate please?
