2008 Honda CR-V shudders when accelerating

My 2008 diesel Honda CR-V shudders / shakes felt through steering wheel and front of car when accelerating from approx 45mph to 55mph, when going from 4th gear to 5th gear between rev range of 2000-3000. No shudder before or after the speed/rev/gear combination or after it clears 55mph in 5th. Only just started in last couple of months, have car from new and at 55,000 miles. No other issues in accelerating.

40 mph to 55 mph is usually front wheel balance !
