2000 Ford Mondeo Problems

Whenever I am going up hill or accelerate the engine warning light comes on.

the car is down on power can just about get it up to 70 the imrc is working when im driving first and second seem ok but after that thired will pull alone a straight but slows going up a hill

After starting the car I press the accelerator and nothing happens for at least 30 seconds then it revs properly and runs away could this be something to do with the choke

I changed my headlight bulbs but now car won't start ass in dash lights won't come on battery light etc but stereo still works as do interior lights all fuses checked seem OK any ideas

when i use the key fob, the drivers door opens but none of the others, I also cannot open the doors using the handles inside or out??

there is water seeping into passenger front side at bottom of door if car is on slope to left it does not happen.
