2008 Ford Mondeo mondeo stop light issues and indicators

Mondeo 08 2.0 tdci titanium Rear stop lamp flashing when car locked, then had rear left one do the same. Unlocked car, right side indicator working on the off position on stalk, had to disconnect battery over night as rear break lights flashing on and off, codes read and right side steering control issue then left side now steering module issue, ads light intermittent, both curtain air bags came up with fault, incorrect resistance, so had them temp disconnected and cleared airbag fault car been to ford for airbag change, recall, since then untold issues with steering angle sensors , and now all the above.
Thinking is it spring in steering wheel or faulty module somewhere
