STICKY GEARBOX NOISY WHEN I PUSH CLUTCH

Sometimes its really sticky to change gear and recently its started sounding like loose cylinders only way i can describe it any advice would be much appreciated!

Probably clutch release bearing noisy and clutch needing replaced also
