Ford Fiesta Bulbs Problems

Another problem with my ford fiesta lx 94'. I cant seem to get my reverse light working..tried new bulbs. Im not sure which fuse it could be either? or could it be something else?

My fog lights are not working,bulbs and fuse seem ok,but there is a small amount water laying in the lights,Any ideas?. Thanks for the help.

My girlfriend has a 56 plate Ford Fiesta. Recently when the lights are on, all three brake lights are illuminated too. I suspect it's a bulb problem, but unsure what. She recently fitted a new brake light bulb.
