Poor heat distribution around feet 2016 C-Max, is it just a normal problem?

Heater works ok, good heat on screen and on dash openings. Very poor around feet

Engine vibration at low speed and judder at at high speed

vibration when idling and moving slowly getting worse faster you go to a judder

Build up of pressure in fuel tank?

build up of pressure in diesel fuel tank , somehow does not vntilate , fuel is forced back to engine then all over rosd?
