Fiat Punto my speedometer continues to `judder` on the same recording. recently i have had my a.c restocked

THE SPEEDO.CONTINUES TO`JUDDER` ON THE SAME RECORDING ,
I HAVE VERY RECENTLY HAD THE A.C TOPPED UP

Was it o.k before the A.C was recharged ?

Could be speed sensor / wiring or speedo head itself
