2008 Fiat Doblo immobiliser light on van won't start

Hi I have a fiat doblo 2008 new battery 4months ago. Immobiliser light is on. Had the AA out to it he thinks its the chip in my key that's gone faulty, spoken to a auto locksmith and he said he doubts its the chip. Had all fuses checked wiring to barrel checked. AA gave me some fault codes. sCentral electronics 1 - 17S / Centr.electronics CE 2.1.1B1029 - Communications line W. Error Message : Communication error.U1602 - Low-speed CAN bus. Error Message : CAN bus off.B1003 - Transponder key. Error Message :any help please

I have 2 keys only 1 has the chip.
