2002 Vauxhall Vectra immobiliser and key

owned car just over 4 weeks immobiliser light comes on while driving if i switch my engine off cannot start again, new body control module fitted cleared 97% of fault codes..today the key is not recognised but still allowed me to start it.. upon getting home now it wont start at all... new key cut last week and vauxhall cannot get the code into the key.. i am being told its a new ecu and chipset with a key to cure it anyone got any bright ideas thet will help..much appreciated

was it a proper vauxhall key that you tried to get programmed,if not you might have problems,have you got the correct key chip code and the mechanical key numbers

its a genuine vauxhall key and they tried to code with the car pass numbers from the origional manual that came with the vehicle it it heps
