2014 Citroen DS3 clutch really high

Car: Citroen DS3
Year: 2014
Variant: 1.4 petrol

The clutch is really high I took it back to the garage and they say they replaced the clutch but it's absolutely no different. Tried to sell the car but no one will buy it as they say the clutch is awefull and they think its on the way out!

I am reading it's a common problem so am I stuck with this now?

Clutch pedal should be level with brake pedal . if not there is a fault
