2000 Citroen C5 Problems

Put key in start car then car tells me I have not got gear lever in the park position when it is I then have to push on the gear lever in to park position then it starts what's going on. Is it the gearbox sensor?

dash board indicates alternator working yet fully charged battery struggles to start the car, battery check indicates a good battery, do I have a alternator problem or just need a new battery?

some1 cut the top of my ariel so my receptions is pants! i have purchased a replacement that is supposed to fit my car however i thought it was a simple un-screw to remove old one this does not appear to be. so how do i remove the ariel???
