Suddenly the steering begins to shake and sounds like rear window open.New erg and fuel filter fitted but still jerks when in low revs and the violent shaking comes and goes

Steering shaking is usually caused by wheels out of balance , wheels or tyres buckled / twisted or damaged. Engine shaking can be caused by worn engine mountings .

No all tested it seems to be a fuel mix problem

If that's the case , try changing the fuel filter
