2007 Citroen C5 loosing power uphill

Replaced the maf sensor, new air filter and fuel filter yet still no power up steep hills.
Drives fine on minor inclines and flat. Use to cruise up hills at 60 not struggle to get 30.

Could be plugged exhaust or cat convertor , change fuel filter if engine and not clutch slip
